Step 1 Once you have signed up and become a new member a manditory first time buyers deposit of $1,000 USD deposit is required by T.T. remittance to our Bank.
Step 2Please specify which vehicle you are looking at buying so we can send you as many possible cars daily.
Step 3Once we have found the vehicle that meets your requirements we will inspect it for you at auction and bid on it on your behalf.
Step 4If your bid is successful we will invoiced and full payment is required.  The invoice will be FOB or C&F depending on your needs.

Terms & Conditions

Payment

  1. You have to pay agent fees as mentioned in” Fee Structure” which includes loading fee, one transportation, documentation & customs clearance and excludes following services:
    • extra charges for transportation if auction site is located in far away from the port or   if it has two destination for transport
    • charges for container shipment such as terminal handling / vanning / dragging
    • charges for JAAI test required
    • charges for ODO meter test if required
    • washing service if required
    • We charge upto yen (¥ 20,000 (according to the auction system)) if the bid in auction is successful
    • other extra service if any
  2. In order to be able to bid in the auctions, you are requested to deposit yen (¥100,000 or USD$1,200) to our bank account mentioned in our BANK DETAILS
    • Your deposit can be refunded at any time after deducting yen(¥ 20,000) as processing fee if you do not succeed in the auction
    • Your deposit can be used as purchase cost of vehicle or kept as it is for further bidding
    • All bank charges shall be paid by the customer
  3. Remaining payment shall be required by T.T. (telegraphic transfer ) remittance either in Japanese yen or US dollar within 4 working days of notification after succeeding in Auction to our Bank account mentioned in our BANK DETAILS
    (We basically operate in Japanese yen. so use US dollar in exceptional case)
  4. Shipment shall be made upon receipt of full payment subject to ship space available and cargo readiness. Shipping documents will be sent which include B/L original upon shipment by courier.
  5. If you request to cancel the order after succeeding in Auction, your deposit
    will be refunded subtracting yen (¥ 20,000) as processing fee. And on any loss
    incurred from re-auction of the vehicle, you shall be liable for any losses exceeding the amount of deposit.
  6. If you will delay for payment from the notification , it may result of vehicle
    being re-auctioned at expense of the buyer.
  7. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
  8. We assist to check the inspection of the vehicle in addition to the condition and grading reported by the Auction houses but we offer no warranty and no guarantee for the condition of the vehicle.
  9. We can not be held responsible nor liable for anything beyond control and force which may include any damage of transport and shipment or any errors by the auction houses.

Step 1: Register for auction accessVisit our Auction database at http://auc.japanqualityexports.com/ to get an idea of the cars that are available, their condition and features.

Step 2: Pay depositSo we can begin to search for your vehicle, we request a JPY100,000 deposit. This deposit is standard for any export company in Japan. For payment information, please contact us.

Step 3: Let us find a car that meets your needsThrough our auction system, we will notify you when a car meets your needs, so it’s best to make your requirements as specific as possible. These include:

  • Make & Model
  • Production Year
  • Colour
  • Mileage
  • Features
  • Auction Grade
  • Budget ($)

Sometimes there can be less than 24 hours notice between when a car is listed and the auction time! If you are interested in an auction vehicle, please let us know ASAP, so we can inspect the vehicle and and submit a bid on your behalf.

Step 4: Payment & PaperworkOnce a vehicle has been successfully purchased at auction, the car must be paid for within 48 hours of the auction ending. Please visit our Trading Terms page for more details.

Our team will then prepare the car for shipping, including any documents required for importation to your country. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle can be imported to their home country.

Glossary of terminology for importing

  • CIFCost, Insurance and Freight. It includes the costs and freight to bring the vehicle(s) to the port of destination. It also includes the marine insurance, which covers the loss caused during shipping or at the port.
  • FOBFree on Board. This only covers all the cost up to the port of shipment. It means that the seller pays for transportation of the vehicle(s) to the port of shipment, plus loading costs. The buyer pays cost of marine freight transport, insurance, unloading, and transportation from the arrival port to the final destination.
  • PROFORMA INVOICEThis is what we issue you once we close the deal. You can confirm the details of your order here and arrange the payment to us. Our bank account details are shown here as well.
  • CONSIGNEEThe person who will be the car owner. The person who the car will be registered under.
  • DISCHARGE PORTThe port where the vehicle(s) will be offloaded from a vessel.
  • FINAL DESTINATIONThe country where you will register your car.
  • BILL OF LADING B/LThis is issued as contract of carriage, receipt of cargos and document of tile by the shipping companies after the vessel departure. This is very important document for you to pick the vehicle up from your discharge port.
  • EXPORT CERTIFICATEThis is de-registration certificate issued by Japanese Government before we export vehicles from Japan, and it contains all kinds of information and records of vehicle, such as chassis no. , engine size, first registration year/month and so on. We usually mail you both original and English Translation.
  • ETDEstimated Time of Departure. It is the planned date of the vessel’s departure from the port of shipment.
